In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
The delivery note is included in the original package and must be included with your package in the event of a return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition with the order number.
We will refund you within 10 to 15 days after receiving the package, via the payment method used when you placed your order.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 working days from the receipt of your order. We do not accept exchanges for wrong size, wrong color
If a part is defective or incorrect, contact us by email, indicating the order number, the article reference, as well as the problem encountered.
No complaints will be considered after a period of 14 days from delivery.
